Pilot package prices are subject to content availability and an agreed written scope. Online use, music-only requests, and additional locations are quoted separately. Any applicable taxes will be stated in your quote. Requesting a package does not grant permission or create a purchase.

- Share your plans. Tell us about your church, the content, and your intended use.
- Receive a proposal. SERAPHA reviews availability and sends the proposed fee, files, and permissions.
- Confirm the details. Any approved use is set out in writing before payment and delivery.
A few things to know
Is this included with a Vault membership?
Licensing requests are handled separately from Vault access and individual downloads. Any organizational use and permissions will be specified in your written arrangement.
Can we livestream or upload the content?
Please include that in your request. Online use, service archives, editing, and use within a new video need to be discussed explicitly. Availability depends on the selected content and intended use.
Does this replace other music licenses?
A SERAPHA arrangement covers only the content and rights expressly included in it. It does not replace permissions for other artists or automatically provide CCLI coverage.
Does every church use require a paid license?
No. Some uses may already be permitted by law or by permissions you hold. Tell us your plans so we can distinguish any requested permissions from the files and services we can provide.
What does it cost?
Our pilot packages are $39 USD for one approved event video and $149 USD for a 12-month bundle of up to five approved videos at one church location. Video projects, livestreams, music-only requests, and additional locations are quoted individually. Your final scope, fee, and any applicable taxes will be confirmed in writing. Submitting a request is free and does not grant a license or commit you to a purchase.
